Opened in September 2012, the Prime Italian brought to Campinas a new concept of Italian cuisine.
The fresh & pizza concept translates the spirit of the house, which offers daily, in addition to the traditional menu with the best gourmet-style pizzas, a complete menu of pastas, risottos, cuts, fish and seafood, with fresh ingredients and the best quality .
The house's differential is the wood oven and the quality of the products, such as the buffalo mozzarella (the original La Bufalina), and the dishes that are new to the menu, such as Filet Caprese, Risoto Prime and Shrimp Saint Jacques.
