The Prime Italian

Opened in September 2012, the Prime Italian brought to Campinas a new concept of Italian cuisine.

The fresh & pizza concept translates the spirit of the house, which offers daily, in addition to the traditional menu with the best gourmet-style pizzas, a complete menu of pastas, risottos, cuts, fish and seafood, with fresh ingredients and the best quality .

The house's differential is the wood oven and the quality of the products, such as the buffalo mozzarella (the original La Bufalina), and the dishes that are new to the menu, such as Filet Caprese, Risoto Prime and Shrimp Saint Jacques.

All Menu items are prepared with quality and care by our Chef and Prime Italian team. The choice of ingredients and the harmonization of dish flavors, together with the structure of our restaurant, provide a unique experience for you and your family!

Another strong point of the house is the drinks menu, consisting of a diverse wine list that brings together the best labels, Heineken draft beer and a variety of drinks.

Desserts end your experience with a flourish. There are several options and the big star is the magnificent Prime Gâteau, a creamy chocolate gâteau with Magnum ice cream, white chocolate shavings, chopped strawberries and generous chocolate sauce.
